An overview of the special course developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. Join me for an evening to learn how to motivate yourself with more kindness and understanding. Also ideal for anyone who has previously followed the 8-week course and wants to enliven their practice.

We’ve become too used to listening to the harsh self-critic that so often drowns out our wiser, quieter voice. Learning to pay attention to the voice of inner wisdom means we can make decisions that more closely align to the way we really want to live. More motivated with compassion for ourselves and therefore others.

8-week Mindful Self Compassion course

This course develops our ability to be kind to ourselves; essential in times of challenge. Self-compassion skills bring us into friendly relationship with ourselves just as we would treat another. By accepting ourselves, especially in difficult times, we create opportunities to heal and grow.

8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

This course trains you to maintain objectivity from your thoughts and emotions helping you learn to respond rather than react to stress triggers. This course could be for you, if for example, you find yourself ...
